Steve O'Neill
Finance & Business Operations DirectorSteve O'Neill is Finance & Business Operations Director for UK & Ireland and is responsible for providing value add commercial support to the Executive Team and entire UK Operations to ensure that EMC UKI continue to drive strong growth across all lines of business whilst maintaining healthy margins and good corporate governance.
Steve and
his team have particular focus on providing Operational Excellence
coupled with Outstanding Customer Service, both internally and
externally to maximise partnerships across all business engagements
and to drive bottom line improvement.
In addition, Steve is responsible for all Revenue Operations &
Recognition, Order Entry, Consulting Business Operations, Accounting,
Payroll & Commissions, Cash Collections and internal and external
Corporate Governance.
Prior to joining EMC, Steve has been in the IT industry for a number of years both as an entrepreneur founding his own BPO and ASP Company but also having held senior Finance positions at Oracle, Informix and most recently as Head of Commercial Operations at SAP UKI. Steve holds a BA Honours degree in Accounting & Management Control from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
