Phil Brennan

Regional Services Director, UK & Ireland

Phil Brennan is the Regional Services Director for the UK & Ireland, and has been with the EMC, for four years.

With a staff complement of around 200, Brennan's principal objective is to continue providing high levels of customer service throughout the UK & Ireland in keeping with EMC's commitment to achieving maximum levels of customer satisfaction.

The revenue generated from Customer Services has become increasingly important in recent years and the challenge remains to be as revenue positive as possible, whilst maintaining EMC's No 1 position in CSAT.

Before joining EMC in 1998, Brennan was the Regional Service Director for Data General for five years and prior to that, he worked for Wang and Honeywell Information Systems.
